Mặc dù Nhà nước đã ban hành Thông tư 03/2009/TT-BNG, theo đó có hướng dẫn dịch tên các cơ quan theo một chuẩn thống nhất nhưng thực chất các Bộ, ngành, cơ quan trực thuộc vẫn đặt tên một cách rất đa dạng, không thống nhất theo quy định. Tuy nghĩa tiếng Việt là giống nhau nhưng ghi tên bằng tiếng Anh là không thống nhất, ta chỉ cần chú ý khi dịch văn bản là được
