Vinh Long’s Red Ceramic the Past to Modern
Vĩnh Long Red Ceramics, famous in the Mang Thít craft village, is known as the "Red Ceramics Kingdom" of the Mekong Delta. The products have a unique crimson color thanks to high-quality alum clay and the traditional husk-firing method, existing for over a century. The cluster of nearly 1,500 giant, 12m-high kilns is a unique architectural heritage currently being preserved and developed for tourism.
